Due to growth our client is looking for multiple Client Service Advisors to join their award winning call centre. The role will entail answering a variety of inbound telephone calls relating to pre paid funeral planning, at need funeral services and bereavement.
You will assist our funeral director staff, provide support to relatives who have lost loved ones, resolve queries and promote and discuss Funeral Plan products. You will maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to ensure delivery of a professional and efficient service in line with Service Level Agreements.
That’s why we need someone that is experienced in customer service delivery and thrive on service excellence. You will be expected to adapt your behaviour according to the needs of the customer, demonstrating understanding and empathy when appropriate. Someone with the ability to want to provide the best service to support its customers. Applicants MUST hold customer service experience.
