Part time Community Banker
Part time customer service focused individuals required for community banker position based in Exchange Quays in Salford. Our client is a leading banking organisation who is looking to recruit in branch initially for 6 months starting 8th June. Due to the nature of the business please only apply if you can pass a credit check strict referencing process.
Candidates will be working 28 hours a week over the following shifts, please only apply if you can commit to these hours.
Monday and Friday 9am till 5pm
Tuesday 10am till 3pm
Wednesday 11am till 3pm
Thursday 11am till 4pm
Our client is looking for strong customer service candidates to proactively engage with customers in branch. You will be required to approach customers, provide advice and coach them through their transactions and use of new digital technologies available to them. As you will be based on the branch floor you will need to be warm and welcoming with a professional appearance.
As a point of contact for customers you will need to keep up to date with new facilities available for customers to help them bank and provide a high quality of service to them. Successful candidate will receive training on the products and services but digital savvy candidates would be ideal.
