Part Time Contact Centre Advisor

Our client are a well established organisation based in York. Due to company growth they looking to recruit a part time contact centre advisor. 

It could be that you are working in an open plan contact centre answering all calls, dealing with queries, passing calls over to other departments or even accurately updating the database.

Thats why we are looking for candidates who have exceptional communication skills over the telephone with a customer service background, preferably from a call centre, however this is not essential.

The shifts for this role are Monday to Friday 3.00pm - 8.00pm
