We are currently hiring for SunPass Customer Care Representatives to provide world class customer service in our ‘State of the Art’ facility. We are conveniently located off the Turnpike on Glades Road in Boca Raton, FL.
PREREQUISITES: Candidates must have ability to interact directly with customers in high volume in-bound call center environment. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, six months prior customer service experience, and computer skills; previous call center experience preferred. Bilingual a plus.
