Part time Customer Service

Part time customer service agents required to work part time hours - to include evenings and Saturday.

Duties to include

- Deal effectively with all incoming calls from customers
- Ensuring that all queries and requests are processed in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- perform customer verifications
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Follow up outbound calls as and when required

Hours / Days are not flexible
