Part-Time Finance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Administrator.

A growing company undergoing a restructure are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team for a 6 month contract to help balance the workload during this busy time.

This is a new role that has arisen as a result of the restructure so although the Finance Administrator will be working as part of the finance department, they will also be required to work independently.

A varied role that will involve ledger work, data input and administrative tasks. You will be required to be accurate, work well independently and communicate efficiently. 

Using COINS you will be required to accurately update and input data from timesheets, plant sheets and goods received. On the administrative side you will be responsible for recording the minutes in meetings, ensuring all Health and Safety records are up to date, and recording all operatives holiday. 

Previous experience working in an accounts position and using COINS is essential.
