Position summary

Charges for both Totem and PV are based on each client’s actual usage. Invoice data is compiled each month from various Markit systems. The data is passed to the Finance department who prepare and send the invoices, and collect payments.

Growth of both businesses means that the need to compile and check invoice data within Totem and PV teams has grown, so we are seeking an assistant for these tasks. The processes of compiling data are partly automated but our clients expect very accurate invoices with various customizations, so human review is always required.
