This well established automotive accessories company are relocating their business to Brisbane. They pride themselves in delivering excellent products and services to their clients.

Due to this relocation a part time HR Advisor is required to set up the Brisbane business in regards to HR practices, initially for a period of 3 months.

You will be involved in the recruitment of new employees from advertisement through to on-boarding as well as the set up of HR policies and procedures required by the business. You will advise on health and safety requirements and ensure compliance to Queensland standards. Your role will be varied and adaptable and will support the General Manager.

To be considered for this role you must have previous HR Advisory experience, ideally tied with a knowledge of the manufacturing industry. You will use your skills in Microsoft Office to monitor and record all information and will be able to see the impact you have on this business almost immediately.
