Part Time HRBP

An international investment and wholesale bank, based in London city, is searching for an HRBP to manage and drive an exciting change project. They have a large network in Europe and Africa with their key business areas in advisory, corporate banking and capital markets. With fewer than 100 employees in their London office, they are planning on dramatic changes to continually drive their business to success.

We are searching for a part time stand along HRBP to work 3 days a week. You will be leading their change project for both their UK and office in Europe. This will include consulting and advising senior managers on redundancies, as well as leading the restructuring of the UK office and then their international office’s. You will be partnering with the CEO and working closely with senior stakeholders within the organisation.

To be successful you must have experience in change projects with a proven track record in redundancies and restructuring. You must also be proactive and have the ability to create lasting relationships with key senior stakeholders, whom you will be consulting and guiding throughout the change process. Confidence in the ability to influence and lead as well as international experience is also beneficial
