About the Job
This well known organisation require 3 part time Incoming Customer Support Agents - working with a team of 15. Duties include: Efficiently and effectively handle queries from customers; achieve individual targets and contribute fully to achieving departmental response time targets to queries; troubleshoot problems and provide technical assistance in order to answer customer enquiries; liaise with other areas of the company as well as any relevant third parties through appropriate channels; identify to resolve issues arising from customer contact; Post 1 - Sunday - Thursday 10am - 2pm Post 2 - Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm Post 3 - Monday/Tuesday Friday 10am - 3pm. The successful candidate will have previous customer service (inbound) experience, experience of dealing with online queries via email, phone or live chat, excellent communication skills an absolute must.
