1. Take an administrative lead on the gathering of required documents and signatures for all district contracts.

Essentially oversee and manage all conversation related to each specific contract (between legal, sales team, customers, services team, additional departments on a case by case basis)

· Gather all documents submitted by our sales team to initiate the contract process

· Read each contract proposal for the contract requirements as all are different (w-9, affidavits, fingerprinting, etc)

· Follow up with the appropriate people (HR, insurance, etc) to ensure we are in compliance with all requirements and gather all documentation. Receive signatures when necessary

· Track this information and the conversation between legal and the district in a tracking sheet

· Remain aware of the status of contracts and follow up when there is a lull in the process

2. Track and manage the purchase orders and invoicing requirements and statuses of all contracts

With the initially gathered documents will come information as to the invoicing requirements of a district. These requirements will indicate which of three processes will need to occur to ensure that a district is invoiced and that Scholastic receives payment

· Work with our customer services department to insure everything is correctly processed

· Retrieve PO numbers with this will be provided by the district

· Enter purchased services into our online system and 3x a week reconcile services as they are delivered

· Track this information in a working document which is a collaborative effort with customer services and tech team members

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor

Years of Experience Required: More than 5 years
