Part-Time News Services Communications Specialist -REVISE/REPOST – Ferris State University. The part-time News Services Communications Specialist provides writing and editorial support for the University Advancement and Marketing Division; must possess a versatile writing style required in developing content for press releases, blogs, Web, social media and feature pieces for newsletters and magazines; and be willing to assist with responding to media inquires. Required: Associates Degree (by time of appointment) in journalism, public relations, English, Communications or related field. Current (within the last 3-5 years) of relevant work experience as a writer. Current (within the last 3-5 years), relevant organizational social media experience.
