Part-Time Payroll/Finance Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small team within a well-established business based in Colchester. This is a part-time job working either 3 full days a week or spreading the hours across the 5 days.

As a Payroll/Finance Officer you will be predominantly responsible for the management and processing of the monthly and year end Payroll:

· Collating all payroll information on a weekly and monthly basis;
· Checking and processing the payroll on a monthly basis;
· Preparing all payroll reports;
· Producing payslips and preparing payments to be made by BACS;
· Processing amendments to payroll such as starters and leavers;
· Running month end and year end processes;
· Producing year-end P11Ds, P60s, and any other online filing.

To be successful in this Payroll/Finance Officer job you will have previous experience of working within a finance environment and proven working knowledge of Sage Payroll and Sage Line 50.
