Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant

Due to a recent growth, my Client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team on a part-time basis. This busy role is a great opportunity for a person with purchase ledger skills to grab hold of the day to day responsibilities. This position will be 19 hours per week.

This person will:

- Code and process all invoices and credits
- Maintain all relevant files and spreadsheets ensuring they are kept up to date
- Follow up on all invoices pending authorisation to ensure there are processed within the deadlines
- Prepare monthly supplier statement
- Process Accounts Payable month end reconciliation
- Liaise with suppliers
- Maintain the purchase ledger.

The successful candidate is likely to have a good knowledge of excel, keen attention to detail, enjoy a busy role and can work well under pressure.
