Part-Time Receptionist Needed Job in San Francisco, California Us

Providus is seeking a part-time receptionist for our client located in downtown San Francisco.  This position could become full time in the future.  The receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors and answering all incoming calls, and maintaining administrative, reception and employee break areas. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coordinate shipments and deliveries; perform data entry, and conference room coordination.  This position requires the following skills: excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; exceptional attention to detail; ability to multi-task; and possess a calm, pleasant demeanor and a team player attitude, showing willingness to help wherever needed.  Please submit your resume to jbrown@ProvidusGroup.com and reference “Receptionist – SF”.
