All part-time employees receive a tremendous amount of on-going training including selling skills, product training, inventory, marketing and visual merchandising!
Our part-time employees are also involved in "Visual Sales." These shifts help throughout the day with inventory, signage, props, samples, cleaning and every merchandising detail that sets The Container Store apart from other retailers.
Our early morning merchandising team works one or two days a week, 5:00 am - 11:00 am, unloading our store replenishment truck and merchandising the product on the shelves to create a well presented, fully stocked, neat and organized store.
Part-time positions generally consist of two to three shifts per week. Additional sales, visual or register shifts scheduled based on availability and when business needs require, daytime, evenings and weekends.
