Part Time Teller-20 hour position
This is a PART TIME 20 hour position. Under direct supervision, processes customer transactions within established guidelines. Identifies and makes sales referrals, recommends alternate channels, cross-sells bank services and products for Wells Fargo partners, provides excellent customer service. Duties may include safe deposit, merchant/vault, ATM processing, bonds and coupons, foreign currency and night drop. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years experience interacting with people or customers Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated skill in use of computers. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals. Positive approach in interactions with customers and team members. Reliable attendance. Good communication skills. Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays. Preferred Skills: This is a PART TIME teller position with a total of 20 hours. Those hours will range any time from Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and/or Friday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm and EVERY Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Previous cash-handling experience, selling products and services is required. Previous experience meeting customer satisfaction goals is also required. Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is required. Ability to stand for extended periods of time is also required. Prefer candidates that are multilingual speakers specifically English/Spanish.
