Part-time Training Administrator

Part-time Training Administrator - £18K per annum (pro rata) - Mon / Tues / Wed (18 hours per week) for 12 months (maternity cover)

Working for a well-known and renowned association within the public sector. This organisation concentrates on many areas relevant to training, membership and promoting certain areas of the public sector.

This is a varied role where you will be responsible for dealing with the training process from start to completion. Being the first point of contact for all training and seminar delegates, you will deal with enquiries, organise application forms and brochures, process registrations, prepare invoices, prepare attendees badges and also make sure that all training packs are completed and ready for all attending the seminar. You will also need to evaluate and monitor all training seminars and deal with any troubleshooting on the day of the event. You will deal with all administration with regards to training and seminars and any ad-hoc duties may be passed over to you if the Manager or Director needs assistance.

The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience within the public sector dealing with either training or events. You need to be a confident user of Word, Excel, Access Outlook with experience of working with websites. This is a role which requires you to speak to delegates over the phone so a good communicator is essential.

PLEASE NOTE that this is a part-time contract role (Mon / Tues / Wed) for 12 months (working 6 hours each day) and only candidates who are looking for part-time work with administration experience will be considered.
