Gallup Client Support will work closely with Technical Client Support professionals to assist the client in the initial set up of their client website and survey instrument as well as respond to end-user inquiries. They will assist clients using positivity, accuracy, and technical expertise.  This position requires a detail-oriented perfectionist who will assist with proofreading and editing initial surveys, ensuring accuracy of question wording, verifying skip patterns, spelling, access codes, telephone numbers, and other information.  They will also assist clients with general questions regarding website and report access. Gallup will provide training on internal systems used to setup and maintain client websites and contact information.

 

This position demands world-class customer service, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

-A two-year degree is preferred.
-Detailed knowledge of Microsoft® applications and experience troubleshooting technical issues are required.
-HTML and CSS experience desired.
-Ideal hours for this position are 20 - 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
