The ideal candidate will have worked within Energy transactions, Energy agreements, MA and would be preferable to have been exposed to finance but not essential.
The firm has an excellent reputation within Law and excels within the Energy markets internationally in a number of Oil Gas Regions.
The ideal candidate will need to be an established fixed share or equity partner within a Law firm that has a current reputable Energy Sector, transportable relationships with existing clients and contacts is essential and a business plan will need to be discussed.
