Partner Contracts Administrator Job in Vienna 22182, Virginia Us

The Partner Contracts Administrator serves as the liaison within Emergent among vendor partners, and Emergent Sales, Legal, Finance, and other departments to ensure that orders from customers are properly submitted to our vendor partners, and are compliant with all Emergent, vendor, and government policies, including GSA. Responsibilities include:

 

·      Review and sign-off  in the Emergent Quality Control process for all sales of vendor products and services, including GSA pricing rules

·      Assisting in audit activities, including internal, vendor, and GSA audits

·      Assisting the Emergent Sales teams, Finance and Contracts organizations in obtaining training materials as well as working closely with the vendor organizations to insure our employees learn the approval process and procedures required to properly conduct business with our vendors

·      Developing Compliance Policies and Procedures

 

This position will report to the Emergent Corporate Counsel, but will work closely with senior Sales and Finance executives on a regular basis.
