Virgin Media Business is currently recruiting a Partner coordinator to support the existing team in co-ordinating projects in Sheffield (S9).

As a Partner coordinator, you will take incoming calls from engineers that are out in the field with their update on the work to date. Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure service levels are met, using you’re proven organisational and communication skills. Essentially, you’ll be used to performing to agreed timescales within a team-based environment to ensure the required results are achieved.

You will have excellent customer service skill be confident using different IT systems, with proven experience in the MS suite in particular Microsoft Excel as spreadsheet maintenance forms a large part of your day.
Naturally you will have the great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and Service Level orientated role.
