Job Summary:
As the Partner Database Manager EMEA, you are the EMEA central point for NetApp's Partner Database, which is the tool providing repository for all partner records and information. Being part of the EMEA Channel Programs team, you strive for continuous improvements with regard to Partner Database. This relates to data accuracy, alignment of data across Partner Database and other NetApp systems, increase awareness and provide training on the tool. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the Channel sales organization and partner satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
The Partner Database Manager EMEA will manage all aspects of Partner Database for EMEA.
Specific responsibilities of the position include:
- Partner Database record updates in cooperation with the Channel colleagues in EMEA
- Alignment of data across Partner Database and other NetApp systems
- Increase awareness and provide training on Partner Database inside the NetApp EMEA Channel community
- Act as the EMEA ambassador for Partner Database in EMEA and in relation wiht our Corporate colleagues
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Drive the adoption of new tools and automated systems; maintain and utilize current automated systems.
- Communicate with other peer professionals to develop and share best practices and ensure standardization across geographic regions.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing programs and processes that directly create customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment, to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
- Program Management training or demonstrated experience
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Carefulness and willingness to go into details; highly accurate person

- Individual enjoys interacting with different people from many different cultures
Education Experience:
- Looking for a candidate to help accelerate development of Partner Database for EMEA, in close cooperation with the Channel field. Candidates must have proven administration, coordination, planning, communication and presentation skills and be able to work well within a cross-functional team to accomplish results.
- High ambition level to succeed in a multinational IT business environment.
- Fluency in English speech and writing is essential - knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position is required
- BA in International Business and Management or related field; or equivalent experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks.
