Partner Level Executive Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
A boutique quant firm is looking for a highly motivated professional to join and support the executive team. This high level, culturally unique and fast paced environment will need an enthusiastic assistant to coordinate events, manage large projects, organize company sponsored events and provide an exceptional level of service. Additionally, a knack for multi-tasking, managing complex assignments and the drive to put in a 50 hour week is a must.
Location: New Jersey, USA
The role:
- Provide administrative support for day to day needs of the executives.
- Manage the company’s public projects and serve as a public figure for the company.
- Support executives with email logs, daily planning, executive organization and coordinate projects between internal departments.
- Assist team and executives on confidential projects, reports and management.
- Create presentations for both internal and external projects.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience in the executive support function.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other programs for project creation.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work long hours and fit into a culturally niche group of people.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and able to work with confidential projects.
