Partner: Management Consulting / Performance – Global Consulting Firm recruitment
Reporting to the firm’s Managing Partner, you will contribute to the development of the practice by contributing in the following areas:-
- Business development, networking and influencing at Board and C level
- Delivery of high-profile performance-related engagements across a number of sectors – strategy, business planning, feasibility studies, organizational development and process improvement
- Operational leadership, leading the business unit and ensuring that the service line is properly managed and that financial results are achieved
Experience required:
You should have approximately 12-15 years experience in either the Big4 or major consulting firm, with experience of working at director or partner level and delivering engagements such as strategy, business planning, feasibility studies, organizational development and process improvement.
Bilingual Arabic/English speakers welcomed, as well as applications from Europe, North America, South Africa and Australia. Relocation support will be provided.
