Partner / Practice Leader recruitment
This leading global consultancy is actively recruiting for a Partner to come in and head up their FS practice for SEA. Reporting into the MD you will oversee a team of 35 consultants and be responsible for helping to grow and develop the business throughout SEA. Key responsibilities will include business transformation, operational improvement and management reporting. You will have a wide range of experience including operations, IT, business strategy and back office support. You will have directed and delivered major projects and programmes encompassing all aspects of consulting, from strategy to operational improvement including large scale transformations. You will also be responsible for developing strong practice management framework with the business and implement initiatives to improve the practice.
The successful Partner will have a minimum of 5 years experience at Partner level within either a leading consultancy or one of the Big 4 in SEA and will have 10+ years of working with financial services clients. You will have managed complex launches of banking institutions and will have managed teams of 30-40 staff with a multi-million dollar spend.
