Position Description:

Job Purpose
As the Partner Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving measurable sales growth of our Client's service offering in various partner locations throughout the assigned Client program. This position works directly with customers, distributors and partners on behalf of our Client. Actively engage potential customers, qualify needs, and sell Client services. Educate partner employees on effective sales techniques and promotional offers. Provide outstanding customer service to customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining store presentation standards.
Job Responsibilities
Sales: Enthusiastically engage, qualify and close customers on sales of clients products; Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales. Use customer interactions as a direct method of demonstrating and educating partner employees on effective sales techniques and promotional offers. Provide outstanding customer service to customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining store presentation standards.
Training: Responsible to train Retail Sales Associates on clients' service benefits. Generate positive PR and Brand Awareness in-store. Ensure clients' product is "Top of Mind" among Store Associates. Increase Sales Associate recommendation of clients' service, resulting in increased sales performance.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships within your assigned partner location through personal integrity, sales, and product expertise. Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with the integrated management team, Retail Sales Associates, Retail Management Team and Customers.
Merchandising/Administration/Reporting: Ensure service demos are on display, functioning properly and presentable to customers. Take direction on placement POS materials (provided). Must complete accurate and timely new hire paperwork and reports online; call reports, expense reports (if applicable), training certification quizzes, etc. Participate in mandatory conference calls.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Some college coursework; college degree preferred
Proven sales experience a must!
Training experience
Wireless and Subscription Services Retail experience is a plus
General knowledge of, or experience, with broadcast media, telecommunication bundled services, and cellular services
Strong customer service skills
Acts as a strategic client advisor to store management to enhance retail relationships
Confident, outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, committed professional
Independent self-starter with an engaging, professional presentation
Strong closer

Timely Communications Required. It is mandatory that responses to management phone calls or emails are returned within 24 hours
Self -motivated, and organized, while remaining flexible and adaptable
Must be able to complete online training, call reports, quizzes within designated timeframe or 24 hours
Must be Internet savvy with daily access to a computer - broadband preferred
Access to a digital camera is highly desirable
Cell phone with text messaging strongly preferred
