Partnership Manager
The Partnership Manager contributes to our vision of being the leading Commercial Bank in Australia through earning all of our introducers referrals by delighting them and presenting as one Westpac.
Your role is responsible for:
- Development, maintenance and establishment of trusted advisor network through our localised markets
- Promotion of total financial care management
- Ensuring Third Party strategy and vision is heard, understood and acknowledged
- Creating a working environment with clear transparency to facilitate change throughout the First Party network in line with strategic focus
- Coaching to improve sales capability, promote high performance and generate advocacy.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Introducers and Key Accounts, you will proactively identify, assess and act on business opportunities by developing strong working relationships with internal and external third party partners. You will use your strong market knowledge and contacts to develop opportunities that will ensure your success in this role.
