We are looking for a young person to join an expanding company in an exciting opportunity as an apprentice parts consultant. You must hold a driving lisence due to the nature of the employment.
This role is as diverse and varied as the skills you'll develop in carrying it out. You will work with both customers and workshop staff over the phone and in the dealership, using computerised stock management systems and parts identification programmes.
You will be responsible for invoicing and orders whilst developing an all round knowledge of motor vehicles including the function and location of individual components. The training and assessment for this apprenticeship programme is all carried out in your company and there is no need to attend college for day or block release. The Parts apprenticeship lasts 2 years and you will become qualified to Level 3.
