They are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Development Senior Manager to maximize sales and earnings opportunities from all distribution channels with acceptable risk management
You will lead the product development implementation process of individual life products including investment-linked and traditional products by working closely with distribution heads and the regional product team. Your creativity and initiative will help you propose product designs, specifications and finalize product features by working with internal and external stakeholders in meeting business objectives. Your Excellent presentation skills, people management skills and leadership skills will assist you in the preparation of product launch materials and participating in product launch event. Your assertiveness and ability to work under tight deadlines will allow you to monitor market conditions and carry out market research to provide timely updates and analysis to help identify and propose new product opportunities whist also being responsible for communications with the Securities and Futures Commissions on all linked products activities including product approval and compliance to the relevant code and guidelines.
To be successful in this role you will be a university graduate in Mathematics, Actuarial, Marketing or Economics discipline with LOMA qualification and have at least 6 years working experience in product development for individual life products. You will be able to demonstrate experience in project planning and control and have strong spoken and written English and Chinese
