Pastry Chef de Partie required for this boutique hotel set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

This fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join its stable brigade.

You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine and everything is prepared fresh on the premises. You will be working 5 days a week, mixture of straight and spilt shifts available. You must have fine dining experience or worked for a minimum of a two rosette establishment to be suitable for this position.

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be working under a Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of your section.

There are great opportunities available. You must have had at least 2 years experience at this level and be willing to show this in a working trial.
