PA/Team Assistant

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

1.       PA duties to the Managing Director CEO of EVMI including diary management, travel arrangements, expense submissions and ad-hoc administrative support.

2.       Administrative support to the Sales Marketing team.

3.       Responsibility for answering the switchboard telephone.

4.       Meet and greet all visitors.

5.       Provide refreshments for visitors and meetings.

6.       Orders supplies and equipment.

7.       Liaise with 3 party suppliers (cleaners, plants etc)

8.       Receives and sorts mail as well as responsibility for the courier accounts.

9.       Type’s letters and correspondence as directed.

10.   Maintains department files

11.   Prepares presentations and documents for internal and external meetings.

12.   Prepares agendas / takes minutes of team meetings.

13.   Organizes team meals/events.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1.       Associates degree or equivalent or professional secretarial training.

2.       Minimum of one years of related experience.

3.       Excellent organizational skills

4.       Ability to handle multiple tasks.

5.       Strong computer skills: Excel, Microsoft Word and business software.

6.       Pleasant and professional phone manner
