Patient Safety/ Survey Coordinator Heritage Valley Health System, a progressive community based healthcare system located in Sewickley and Beaver, PA, is seeking a Patient Safety/Survey Coordinator. This position will assist with all aspects of the patient safety program. Responsible for receiving event reports, following-up as appropriate and submitting reports through the PA State Patient Safety Reporting System. Will also be accountable for The Joint Commission (TJC) and PA Dept of Health (DOH) regulations and standards compliance. Requires a bachelor's in Nursing or a related field, minimum of 5 yrs. clinical and/or management experience, and experience with patient safety responsibilities including participation in survey activities.
