Professional Direct Care Staff
We currently have opportunities for married Christian couples to serve as Professional Direct Care Staff in a Christian Residential Group Home Facility.
The desired couple will have a heart for ministry and helping children that are in crisis. They will have a dedicated and personal relationship with Jesus Christ and will desire to openly share their faith with the children in their care.
The Direct Care Staff position will be held by a traditional husband and wife team (but singles will be considered for more specialized service in our program.) The couple will reside in a home in environment and will be responsible for providing for the daily needs of the children appointed into their care. They will be a part of a supportive team environment that is designed work together in order to provide professional and quality services.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in a Human Service field or have significant experience in the Child Care field.
