TITLE:                                PAYDAY LOAN STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER

 

REPORTS TO:                 STORE MANAGER

                                                       

 

Responsibilities:                            The primary responsibility of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

·         Follow company’s policies and procedures.

 

·         Understand company’s products and communicate them to customers effectively.

 

·         Provide excellent customer service.

 

·         Record transactions and submit reports timely and accurately.

 

·         Work with Store Manager to increase business and to decrease delinquencies.

 

·         Maintain positive and professional attitude and keep office clean and organized.

 

·         Work up to 40 hours per week, including Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and up to 8 hour shifts weekdays from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
