Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional, with exposure to FX operations, to join our operations team.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for handling inbound credit slightly related to bank reconciliation
Responsibilities will may include but not limited to:
- Specialize in the recording and processing of customer account payments and perform a high volume of data entry regarding payments received.
- Reconciles payments received from designated large service accounts to computer records to ensure accurate crediting of customer accounts and identification of any unpaid portions of account balances
- Inputs the manual local transfer payments, RTGS Outwards TT via the online local bank systems to a high degree of accuracy efficiency for both Singapore Hong Kong Offices.
- Inputs the manual payments with the unique payment ID searched from the FK system as for the reference to facilitate the bank reconciliation processing
- Reaches payment deadlines through planning and to ensure all the manual payments meet the pre agreed SLA.
- Recognises use of templates with templates maintenance properly.
- Corrects errors as requested.
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
- F.5 or above with at least 2-3 years' relevant experience in payment processing/ Remittance mainly for account receivable
- Previous experience in bank reconciliation is preferable
- Strong data entry skills with ability to process high volumes of transactions
- Aptitude for figures, accounting experience an asset
- Fast and accurate typing skills with good PC knowledge
- Be a good team player, self-initiative
- Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi task
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods
