Payments Specialist (Manager) recruitment
You will support the technical and operational requirements of the payments system, ensuring it's effectiveness, efficiency and conformity. You will ensure the operations adhere to the Code of Conduct. You will manage and co-ordinate projects, including those in the industry that have an impact ok the UK payments system. Relationships with internal and external contacts will be of a very senior level and you will be responsible for a team.
It is essential to have previous product and innovation management and to be able to demonstrate this through leading and instructing others. Experience of incidence management and troubleshooting is also essential. You will have excellent knowledge of global payments systems (CHAPS/ BACS/ SWIFT) and the regulatory aspect surrounding them. You will have excellent communication, leadership and relationship management skills and be IT literate.
