Payroll
My client are looking for an experienced payroller to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a person to join a friendly and personable organisation. They have a lovely team feel to the company where everyone goes the extra mile to ensure the work is completed to deadline.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll and have strong communication skills. This will be coupled with an outgoing personality as team fit is vitally important.
Main Job Details:
- Assist with monthly Payroll processing for over 2500 members of staff
- Employee queries
- New starters
- Processing SMP, SPP, SAP SSP
- Building and maintaining an excellent relationship across internal functions
- Nominal ledger transactions and Journal entries
- Preparation of BACS payments
- Liaise with HMRC to ensure all procedures are in line with the latest legislation
- Maintain sickness records
- Provide support for the introduction of RTI and Pension Auto-Enrolment
- Manual calculations where necessary
