We are looking for a seasoned Payroll and Administration Specialist. You should have experience in managing a Dutch as well as international payrolls, and international HR administration around recruitment process, new hire on-boarding, secondary benefits, company cars as well as HR reporting and HR records management.
You will be responsible for managing the entire Dutch payroll as well as international payrolls in several countries in EMEA and the US (in cooperation with local payroll agencies). You will ensure accurate input, review of preliminary payslips as well as a final approval of the payroll process and distribution of payslips to employees. You will respond to employee inquiries regarding payslips. You will also maintain necessary records, Accounting ledgers and files.
