Payroll administrator and training

Hays are working on behalf of an established organisation in Kings Lynn who are recruiting for a Payroll administrator who has experience co-coordinating and conducting training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 

The successful candidate will ensure smooth delivery of the organisations payroll and will work in partnership with the external service payroll provider.
Additionally, the successful candidate will manage, design, develop, co-ordinate and conduct training programs. This will include analysis of training needs throughout the operation, developing and maintaining  an appropriate training matrix, coordinate training schedules and provide evaluation reports on effectiveness of training.
