Payroll Administrator
This position is responsible for the administration of the company’s payroll system. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate end to end processing of payroll on a weekly basis for all internal external employees. This includes timesheet collection, and timesheet system administration.
Main Duties:
· Import hourly employees into ADP from billing system for payroll processing
· Enter all salaried employees into ADP for payroll processing
· Finalize payroll files for new hires, deposits, taxes, additional deductions
· Manage and maintain timesheet system for new users, approving managers, and accurate timesheet records
· Transfer timesheets from timesheet system to billing system
· Enter benefit information in to payroll records
· Process any child support or garnishments for employees
· Enter commissions into payroll system bi-weekly
· Review submit payroll to ADP
· Reconcile payroll and record to the General ledger
· Review payroll audit reports
Desired Qualifications:
· Associates Degree or higher
· Intermediate Excel knowledge
· Detail Oriented
· Multi-Tasker
· ADP Pay Expert experience
