Compile payroll data and statistics to maintain records for the calculation of payroll. Review and record all changes related to pay rates, exemptions and direct deposit in the payroll system. Review and ensure accurate computation of pay. Organize the collection and input of pay adjustments, miscellaneous payments, commissions, bonuses, tuitions reimbursements, income from stock exercises and severance payments. Requirements: Must have 3-5 years previous experience in performing payroll duties for at least 1000-1500 employees Experience with PeopleSoft a plus! Must be able to pass a drug and background screening Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
