Payroll Administrator Job in Little Rock 72205, Arkansas Us
Essential Functions of Job:
- Payroll processing and maintenance for company of approximately 400 employees
- Administration of ezLabor, PayeX and iPay
- Timesheet management, Bi-Weekly payroll reporting
- Prepare and reconcile premium invoices
- Assists in company annual open enrollment
- Prepare payroll general ledger entries
- Prepare payroll general ledger reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assists in 401k audit and Form 5500 preparation
- Ability to work independently
- Completes projects as assigned by management
- Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:
- ADP payroll experience required, knowledge of PayeX, ezLabor, iPay, HRB a plus
- Experience with multi state payrolls
- Accounting Degree preferred with 3-5 years experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Detail-oriented while working in a multi-task environment
- Demonstrated ability to function as a positive team member
