THE COMPANY:

This hugely successful and leading employer are now seeking a contract payroller with a view to going permanent to add to their close knit and friendly team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be working in a team of 10 within a fast paced, varied and busy environment! Your duties will be rotated on a weekly basis and will include:
- Processing a high volume of timesheets for up to 3000 within the team
- Validating timesheets and contractor placements
- Supporting and assisting team members
- Processing of weekly payruns
- External and Internal Customer Service
- Updating and maintain contractors placement information
LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1 years payroll experience in a high volumed payroll environment, ideally recruitment
- Someone with a positive attitude and great teamwork skills!
- High level of accuracy, multi-tasking and time management ability
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- A high level of customer service focus and skills
