Main Function

Responsible for assisting the Payroll Team with administrative duties.

Main Duties

Daily activities include but are not limited to:Interact with employees of all levels, vendors and HR personnel to assist with inquiries and solve issues on a daily basis.
Filing · Answering Hotline Monitoring the Team Mailbox · Sending Fed Wires · Printing Manual Checks · Processing Reversals Processing Deletions Mailing employee Payslips Reissuing W-2's per employee request Printing and mailing reissued checks Sending Communications from the Payroll Mailbox Assist as needed with Payroll AdministrationPrepare Garnishment letters and send to employees. Candidate will be trained on the following:ADP EV5 Payroll ApplicationWincoins SystemSAP System Process corrections to employee bank information in the ADP EV5 system. Run ADP EV5 Control reports using ADPR. Run ADP EV5 reconciliation reports using ADPR. Process HR/Benefits payroll adjustments. Run address audit and ensure proper taxation using ADPR. Process semi-monthly new hires, terminations, salary changes and inter-company transfers within EV5. Process timesheets and manual.

Person Requirements

Basic Qualifications:BA or BS Degree3+Years of Administrative Experience3+ Years using Excel
