Payroll Advisor

My client is a well established organisation in the Scarborough area and they are seeking to recruit a Payroll Advisor on a part-time basis to cover a period of maternity leave.  This will be for a period of 12 months on a fixed term contract and working 27.5 hours a week (9.00am - 3.00pm )

The main duties duties will include the processing and checking of the company’s monthly payroll and pension tasks. The production of all the 3rd party payments (HMRC, Pension etc), and reconciling the payroll costs on a monthly basis. You will also be undertaking payroll inductions to new employees and assisting the HR Advisor with the process of Personnel Information.which will be part of a motivated, enthusiastic an efficient and effective .

The successful candidate will have a payroll qualification and/or experience of working in a payroll environment and have a good telephone manner. The ability to clearly communicate financial and personal information is essential. You must also be able to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm and have excellent interpersonal and IT skill
