Payroll Analyst
-BASIC PURPOSE/SCOPE Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of GWB hourly payrolls. Responsible for the execution of internal controls as defined, the integrity of the Payroll process and the enforcement of Company payroll policy. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Assist with account reconciliations - SAP and EV3 table configuration - Benefits mailbox administration - Pro-rated vacation and holiday accrual - Employee referral awards - Adoption assistance program - Gift logs - STD - Third party sick pay and adjustments - Relocation payments - Monitor stock purchase plan and LTRSU - Calculate bonus payments - Deferred salary and compensation - Employee verifications that are not handled by Talx - Garnishment processing and refunds - Funding total pay cards for off cycle payments - Approval of settlement payments - Tuition reimbursement program - Monitor payroll processing weekly - Job duties are not limited to above description Position Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Graduate Payroll experience preferred Familiarity with contractual union requirements a plus. PeopleSoft experience preferred. This position also requires strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
