Payroll and Benefits Advisor

 My client, a highly established media organisation is currently recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Advisor to join their organisation on a 9 month fixed term contract. This role will report directly into the HR Director. You will be solely responsible for processing the payroll for up to 400 employees on a monthly basis using ADP freedom, dealing with all HMRC and employee queries.
With this payroll position you will also be responsible for implementing Auto Enrolment, which will involve you dealing with the current software provider, managing the transition from start to finish, data migration, data cleansing and parallel testing. You will handle the timelines, budgeting and costing for the Auto Enrolment as well.

This position will require a payroll professional who has experience in managing automation processes, system implementation and Auto enrolment implementation.
