PAYROLL AND BENEFITS MANAGER - £40 - £50K - LOGISTICS COMPANY - KINGS CROSS

A prestigious client of ours is looking to recruit a polished Payroll and Benefits Manager. Please study the requirements below and apply if you believe you have the skills requested.

· Coordination and management of entire payroll function.
· Administration of all company payrolls and monthly RTI submissions.
· All statutory payroll calculations, payments and reporting.
· Liaison with management and staff regarding all pay enquiries.
· Ensuring Time Attendance system is updated and checked weekly/monthly.
· Managing internal payroll reporting requirements.
· Continual drive for further automation.
· Develop and update payroll manual for managers.
· Maintenance of payroll records including archiving and filing.
· Management of all group pension schemes including contribution calculations.
· Administer all other benefits for employees of the Group.
· Act as the key interface between Human Resources and Finance.

Essential Skills
· Comprehensive working knowledge of Sage payroll
· Large payroll management experience of 750+ employees
· Ability to change existing processes.
· Advanced Excel skills are essential.
