Payroll and Benefits Specialist

My client is a multi national software business for the engineering industry who are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join their team.

The job will involve completing the payroll for 200 permanent employees throughout the four UK based businesses. Duties will include processing all aspects of payroll including RTI, SSP, SMP, and tax submissions. You will also be responsible for ensuring company benefits such as private healthcare and pensions are accurately calculated.

The successful applicant will be experienced in all elements above and be able to work on their own initiative. Being the sole payroll professional on site, you will be required to work to tight deadlines and be self motivated.
